Calling Package

A calling package is developed to suit your needs, the package consists of Reporting, Scripting and Database Creation.

Reporting

Before our data bases are built we come to you, the client, to work out what you want in the way of reports. We can tailor your reporting to meet your needs. Reports can be sent on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis, to either individual dealers or yourself. We also have the ability to generate reports over a specified date range. Remote viewing is often possible if desirable.
The database data remains your property and will not be sold on to other organisations.

Scripting

Scripting is included in our costs. We view scripting as an ongoing project. Something to be fine tuned all the time. Whilst it is true that we have a lot of experience in writing scripts we like to include our customers and staff in this process. Remember we are after a long term relationship and that means getting results for you. Initially your telemarketing will be a stop start process. We will allow our team to make a certain amount of calls and then we will stop them for feedback. This is the time we listen to our team, listen to how your customers are reacting to scripting and we review our results.

Databases Creation

One 4 All uses a MySQL database behind a PHP web based front end.
The set up costs reflect the cost of building the database. Please note that once this is built there are no on going costs to maintain it and your various campaigns can be duplicated from this system. Set up costs also include scripting, staff training and gathering of product information for briefings.

Our hourly rate includes:
  • costs of calls (including tolls and excluding tolls)
  • staff management
  • reporting
  • costs of staff
  • Access to our residential database for New Zealand (1.2 million households) and to our business database for New Zealand.
Please note that there are no minimum hours required to be purchased. As a minimum we require two weeks notice prior to commencement. This is to ensure programming is complete (this is approximately one weeks work by our MySQL Programmer) and to ensure adequate staffing and briefings are in place. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on your needs.

Past experience has shown that we could expect to complete around 45 to 50 calls per hour for domestic calls and around 38 calls an hour for business. The business calls are traditionally longer and often require follow ups. This is because of the need to talk to the decision maker or appropriate contact.
