PHONE SYSTEM AND BACK UP

One 4 All is situated in the Palmerston North City Council Building. We have a partnership with the Council and enjoy the benefits of utilising their state of the art telephone switch. Because the Council and One 4 All work together on projects and share resources, we are able to combine our call volumes to help lower our telephone costs and this also gives us more influence with our suppliers to set up special deals for our clients. We are also attached to a backup generator, so even in a power failure, our centre remains fully operational.



SYSTEM SUPPORT

Outbounding/telemarketing is carried out on a Web-Based system which interfaces with a MySQL database. For large projects we would recommend utilising MySQL. This is a very flexible and robust system, able to handle up to 600 users and able to produce reporting in real time. This includes the following:

  • The ability to export into various programs - most likely compatible with your own system
  • A user-friendly system
  • The ability for us to monitor in real time
  • The ability to monitor individual performance and track in real time team performance
  • The ability to set up training data bases
  • The ability to set up call back times
  • the ability to generate a huge range of reporting and to data mine at a later date. (another words to gather marketing information that a report was not originally written for).
